Every year, Rock River Bible Camp brings the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to campers of all ages, but we can’t do it alone. Many families need financial assistance to send their children to camp, and the cost of maintaining our facilities grows each year. We need your help to continue offering this incredible experience to everyone.

For over 50 years, Rock River Bible Camp has been a place where thousands of young people have encountered God, built lifelong friendships, and grown in their faith. Our mission is to make camp affordable and accessible to all, regardless of their financial situation. Specific ways to give

  • Donate towards any of these projects; all prices listed are approximate and will depend on the product used and pending a formal estimate)

    1. Build a New Boys Bathhouse: $130,000 - $160,000 (pending formal quotes)

    2. Clean Off or Cover Old Insulation: $30,000 (quoted from MDS Construction)

    3. New Metal Roofing on All Cabins (7 left to complete): $4,000 Paid labor or $2,500 Volunteer labor per cabin

    4. Additional Fans for Chapel: 30’ oscillating wall mount - $169.95 each (4 more wanted)

    5. New Ceiling Tiles in Dining Hall: $1,300

    6. New Lighting in Pavilion: Can lights or canopy lights - $100 each (12 needed)

    7. Finish Whole House Fans in Cabins 5-10 and New One for Cabin 11: 24” fans - $329 each

    8. Fans for Pavilion: 30” oscillating wall mount - $165.95 each (2 - 4 needed)

    9. Convert Old Tennis Court to Pickleball Court:

      - Portable net: $120 - $200

      - Permanent net: $400 (posts) / $80 - $100 (net)

      - Portable sets (net, balls, paddles): $200 - $300

      - Fix blacktop: $1,500 - $2,000

    10. Floating Dock:

      - 5x12 (Home Depot): $870

      - 5x16: $1,113.26

      - 4x8 (Northern Tool): $1,099.99

    11. New Rec Hall Floor: $15,000 - $20,000 (dependent on material and labor costs)

  • Do you have the tools, machinery, skills, or time to help us improve our camp? Your expertise can make a big difference at a lower cost!

    We can cover the cost of supplies if you’re willing to volunteer your time. Here are some projects we need help with:

    1. Cabin #9 Ceiling: Replace the plywood where there was water leakage.

    2. Drainage Improvements: Create drainage ditches along the south side of the boys' cabins and possibly along the fronts to divert water during heavy rain.

    3. Ladies' Staff Bathroom: Install a new exhaust system that vents outside.

    4. Staff Cabin Showers: Upgrade to full-sized, tiled showers.

    5. Epoxy Flooring: Seal the concrete floors in the cabins and dining hall with epoxy. This is an expensive project, so if you’re experienced with DIY epoxy, we’d love your help!
