WELCOME TO SENIOR CAMP

JULY 7-13, 2024

Deans Kenny Paoli, Dina Frye, Abby Frye, & Ryan Gahm

Youth completing 9-12th grade

Our hearts long to see new life in Jesus come alive in our teenagers. With everything they're facing in the world (questions about identity, gender, sexuality, social media, politics, education, post-covid life, along with so much hate and unsurety surrounding them) we purposefully build a week for them that's full of peace, truth, fun, laughter, and intentionally low-tech time with friends.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Visiting us for the first time? No fear! Our friendly deans and staff will show you around, help you carry your luggage to your cabins, introduce you to your counselors and co-campers, and help you make sure your child's registration is complete including any necessary medication received. We're happy to help answer any questions you may have. We can't wait to meet you!

SAFETY

All of our deans are DCFS Certified Mandated Reporters and closely monitor each camper and volunteer. Our property is fenced in and monitored by our camp caretakers. For the safety of our campers, all campers are expected to abide by the signed Code of Conduct. Violation could result in the camper being removed from camp. This will be done are the parent’s expense, and there will be no refund of the camping fees. Willful destruction of camp property will be charged to the camper’s parents. In case of sickness or injury that would require emergency medical attention, the camper’s family health insurance is named as the primary insurance. Your camper's safety is always front of mind.

WHAT WE TEACH

Your kids will experience an age-appropriate chapels that will teach them about God and His love for them. The teaching is interactive and utilizes multiple approaches for different learning styles. The goal at Rock River Bible Camp is for kids to understand who Jesus is and how He can make a difference in their lives. They will also have a lot of fun!

THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR KIDS' LIFE!

WHAT OUR CAMPERS ARE SAYING

Elise

Camper since 2021 - Age 15

Rock River is the true definition of family. When I first got there I didn’t know anyone really but by the end of the first day I had so many new friends! I’ve been to a couple other Bible camps but this one has been my all-time favorite. Chapel and worship are also an incredible experience of their own. There’s something about them that’s so touching and the messages are always so well done. Along with the company and messages there are so many fun games through the week that anyone can enjoy! Being there is really refreshing and makes you feel at peace, and going back is the best part.
